Performance advantages of tetrafluorographite

Corrosion resistance: tetrafluorographite has excellent corrosion resistance, can withstand the corrosion of various strong acids, strong alkalis, organic solvents and oxidants, and is suitable for work in harsh environments.

Low friction coefficient: the friction coefficient of tetrafluorographite is very low, which can ensure the efficient operation and long service life of the equipment.

High temperature stability: tetrafluorographite is stable at high temperature, can withstand temperatures up to 260 ℃, and is not affected by thermal expansion and contraction.

High hardness: tetrafluorographite has high hardness, which can be used to make various seals, bearings, ductile iron and other parts with high load.

Good conductivity: Teflon graphite has good conductivity and can be used as a material for electronic components such as electrodes and capacitors.

High thermal conductivity: tetrafluorographite has good thermal conductivity, and can be used to make materials for radiator, heat exchanger and other high heat load occasions.

Application fields of tetrafluorographite

Chemical industry: tetrafluorographite has outstanding corrosion resistance and can be used to manufacture equipment such as reactors, pipelines, pumps, etc. to prevent corrosion damage during chemical reaction and prolong the service life of equipment.

Electric power industry: tetrafluorographite is stable under high temperature, and can be used to make materials for electronic components such as electronics, semiconductors, batteries, as well as high temperature and high pressure equipment parts such as high-voltage switches, transformers, mining motors, water pump seals, etc.

Aerospace industry: Teflon graphite has excellent lightweight and high-temperature performance, and can be used for high-tech applications such as thermal protection materials and structural components of rockets, missiles, aircraft and spacecraft.

Automobile manufacturing industry: Teflon graphite has outstanding advantages of low friction coefficient and high hardness, and can be used to make automobile engine parts, friction materials, valve materials, etc., to improve the performance and life of automobiles.

Medical industry: Teflon graphite is not easy to generate static electricity and absorb pollutants. It can be used to make artificial heart valves, capsules, stents and other medical devices.

Military industry: the high temperature stability and corrosion resistance of tetrafluorographite can be used to manufacture military equipment with high requirements, such as missile warheads, artillery charges, and ship shaped connections.

Preparation process of tetrafluorographite

Pressing method: firstly oxidize the graphite, then mix the graphite oxide and tetrafluoroethylene powder, add appropriate solvent, and stir evenly before pressing. Finally, the formed parts are baked, desolved and thermally solidified at high temperature to obtain tetrafluorographite products.

Extrusion method: mix graphite oxide and tetrafluoroethylene powder in a certain proportion, add appropriate lubricants and additives, and mix evenly before extrusion. In the process of extrusion, it is necessary to use the method of multiple addition to evaporate the solvent and lubricant while extruding the molded product. Finally, the formed parts are baked and thermally solidified at high temperature to obtain tetrafluorographite products.
